Walk-in and Emergency Guidance

We’re so sorry, but we are not able to call in medications without evaluating a patient in person during a clinic visit. You may walk in during the following hours:

Clinic Hours

Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Friday – Saturday: 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM

If you cannot be seen during these hours:

  • Go to your nearest emergency room. Calling 911 is the safest transportation method in any urgent situation.
  • For non-emergency issues, you may go to Merit Health River Oaks in Flowood, MS. We’ve made arrangements for our patients to be seen after hours.
  • Bring your medication bottles.
  • They will assess your condition, provide care, and may offer a short-term refill until follow-up.
  • Tell the staff you are a Quinn Healthcare patient.

If you are experiencing chest pain, shortness of breath, or any symptoms of a medical emergency, call 911 immediately. Your safety is our highest priority.


To streamline your visit:

  • Text (601) 331-3881 one hour before you arrive with your full name and date of birth so we can prepare your chart.
  • Bring your medication bottles and/or containers (not a list) with you, and feel free to eat beforehand.
  • If needed, we can provide a doctor’s note for your employer to excuse you during your follow-up walk-in appointment.
